Because of this, our metrology room has a coordinate measuring machine, gear bouncing tester, gear measuring center, 100T Electrical Hydraulic Press Machine, hardness tester machine, and more. We have all of this modern equipment to monitor manufacturing processes properly.
Because we put a value on customer satisfaction and product quality, we make it a point to clean and package products with safety. We tend them first, put them in a white bag, use a foaming agent to prevent a collision, and package it inside a sturdy wooden box. In cases of long screw jacks, we first fix the long screw to avoid bending.
