Stainless Steel Bevel Gearbox

Our SSJV series is a high quality, Low Backlash, Stainless Steel Spiral Bevel Cubic Gearbox. The gearbox is used for precision speed reduction, increase torque, or to manipulate the direction of shaft rotation. The spiral bevel gears are heat treated and lapped for maximum strength, smooth rotation, and efficient tooth contact.

1. Low Backlash: Hardened and lapped matched set gearing provides smooth, reliable, and predictable rotary motion.
2. Flexible Mounting: This stainless steel right-angle gearbox has machined housing and tapped holes allow mounting on all six sides.
3. Machined Flanges: Provides alignment for perfect shaft centering.
4. Bearing Options: Ball bearings for quiet operation, tapered bearings for higher radial load capacity.
5. Special Designs: Standard models can be modified for maximum design versatility, OEM/ODM dimensions are available.
6. Perfect appearance: Polished 316 or 304 Stainless Steel housing for clean look and sophistication.
7. Gear Ratio: 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1. 98% efficiency. Torque capacity up to 180Nm.
8. Oil Seal Option: Double Lip, UV protected oil seal to prevent external contamination
9. Speed Options: Standard not more than 2000rpm, special for 3000rpm.
