Selecting Model Attention
The working cycle is system within 10 minutes of work for the percentage of time.
T22 Acme linear actuator working cycle is 25%.
T28, T32, T35, T40, T56 Acme linear actuator working cycle is 30%.
When the actual load is much less than the rated load, the working cycle can be appropriately increased.
Please confirm the Self-locking conditions according to the Self-locking Parameters. No self-locking acme screw and ball screw need brake.
The axial error of the acme screw and the ball screw linear electric is 0.1 mm(300 mm stroke).

Self-locking conditions
1. Static self-locking
Self-locking coefficient<0.35
Without load vibrations, not running.
2.Dynamic self-locking
Self-locking coefficient<0.3
With a load opposite the motion, actuator not running.
Self-locking coefficient<0.25
With a load positive the motion, actuator not running.
3.Uncertain self-locking
Self-locking coefficient is between 0.35 and 0.55.
Under bigger external force, actuator running.
4.No self-locking
Self-locking coefficient>0.55
Actuator running under small external force.
