Precautions for use
(1) : Tightness: The skeleton double lip oil seal is a wearable part, due to the large differences in operating conditions, the service life of the skeleton oil seal is difficult to ascertain and it must be replaced and replaced with new oil after failure.
(2) : Lubricating oil: Commutator gearboxes are generally lubricated with splash oil. When the ambient temperature is higher than 40℃or the commutator gearboxes exceeds 100℃, circulating oil lubrication should be used.
(3) : The ambient temperature is generally -40℃-50℃, when the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricant should be heated to above 0℃ before starting. The input is generally not more than 2000rpm, if you need high-speed input, please inform our technical department in advance.

Installation requirements
(1) : Please calibration the centerline height when base installation and calibration coaxial when couplings are connected. Ensure the geometric tolerance of each installation connection when a rigid connection.
(2) : When attaching couplings, pulleys, gears, racks, etc. to the input shaft, do not hit the input shaft hard, and consider the radial force of the output shaft.
(3) : When the hollow shaft is connected to the solid shaft (fit tolerance H7/h6), anti-rust oil should be applied.
(4) : Prepare a rigid foundation or a sturdy stand to install the transmission equipment. At the same time, it is necessary to fully consider that the position of the assembled components will not be changed even after the maximum load has been applied.
(5) : Safety bolts generally use 8.8 high-strength bolts.

Operation and maintenance
1: Before starting the bevel gearbox, please check whether the oil level in the box meets the requirements, and according to the prompts to loosen or replace the vent cap,so that the ventilation is smooth.
2: Please run the bevel gearbox with no load for half an hour to confirm that there is no fault before running with a load. Loading operation should be frequently checked operation, there shall be no abnormal shock, vibration, no oil leakage, temperature rise shall not exceed 60 ℃ and the maximum oil temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃.
3: If an abnormal situation is found during work, the bevel gearbox should be stopped to check, identify, troubleshoot before continuing to work. Check the lubricating oil condition daily, pay attention to replenish enough oil, and replace the deteriorated lubricating oil in time.
4: In the event of a change in mounting orientation, it is usually sufficient to change the oil mirror, oil plug, and vent cap.
5: The gearbox should be kept clean, and no dust or debris should accumulate on the outer surface to avoid affecting heat dissipation.
6: Store in dry ventilation, room temperature environment. When the storage time is more than three months, you should be done anti-rust treatment. When the bevel gearbox storage time is more than one year, please check whether the oil seal is aging and whether oil deterioration.
7: Gearbox lubricating oil is generally medium-duty industrial gear oil.
